Can someone teach me how to make my own CSS?

1. I hate carrots.
2. When I tell people I'm not an art student, their reaction were always "WTF?!"
3. I don't act how I look - I look like a friggin' 14 yr old becuase of my height D:
4. My desk is always messy. It's only clean on holidays.
5. I use "D:" too much.
6. I tend to listen to a song in my iTunes over and over, especially when I'm drawing.
7. I wear converse size 3 but I fit better into size 2 (kids' largest) but their designs are limited.
8. I prefer to be flat-chested D:

LOL I don't mind carrots that are like.. cut to tiny bits and mixed with meat? LOL; *can't never be a vegetarian* haha;
I LOVE USING 'D:' TOO! <3 The first time I saw it... I couldn't stop cracking up for some reason ^^... O__O; You wear size 3 shoes. D: O______O;;;;;; WHOAH. D: LMAO I wanna be flat chested too. D: O__O BOOBS ARE ANNOYING. D: *crawls into corner*

If someone serves them to me in big chunks, I'll simply toss it aside ^^; I don't really mind them cut into matchsticks and stir-fried because I won't be able to taste the carrot-ness -- well, my mom forces me to eat them >:C

Definitely T_T Unfortunately, if I was flat-chested, my hips wouldn't be balanced out, so I suppose I'm fine the way I am. *begrudgingly happy with her boobs* XD
