Uni's taking a toll and not to mention the activities in the anime club..
It's been a troll, srsly..

As some of you may know that we're holding this maid cafe thingy in uni next year on Orientation with the help of the student union (funds, promos, etc..), it seems to me that most of the committee members are not willing to go the extra foot to make this event a little nicer. Saying that we hae limited funds and so on.. can't be fucked doing something a tad more troublesome..
I mean, can't they just appreciate the fact that the student union has already promised us their help? Promises may not mean anything but the fact that the events officer of the student union gave me her word is something that I, the VP of a rather pathetic anime club in uni and is representing the club to the student union body, treasure very much.
But being a rather pathetic group of otakus/people trying to attract more members and getting more funds to support our greatly-increasing-by-the-millisecond-like-bacteria number of events, can't they spare a thought for the student union's image and the club's image - if it's not too much to ask? Can't they take a little peep at the whole picture from my POV?
I know, we're all lazy bastards and we don't like doing extra for others and I'm a fucking bitchy perfectionist who wants to go pro, but no, I'm only trying to lift up our standard (and image) to the public. After all, they want to have it and I've been doing most of the work - from designing the costumes, preparing the menus, coaching everyone how to make the foods, approaching the student union officers and talking to them, scheduling the foods that we should make.. I've yet to chip in the accounting for expected expenses and revenues..
If no one's going to put in more effort to do this shit well and is happy to go about with the current standard and preparing to get busted on the real event, I'll just quit for real.
That's it.Much sorries for the rant, I just can't believe enthusiats turning into lazy asses when things start to get dirty.
